Besalú Medieval Village (Catalonia)
I recently did a short visit to Besalú; it’s a well preserved medieval town in the Girona province worth visiting. If you have not been yet there, I really recommend it.
I arrived there late in the afternoon; it was getting dark quickly but I was wishing to take a photograph like this –with the long bridge as the main subject and Besalú in the background– for a long time.
After that, I wanted to make the most of my visit and I decided to take a brief walk around the old streets. I always visited the city in day light, and walking at night was a complete different experience. It also helped me to stretch my legs and mind after a long day at the office.
