Sant Miquel del Corb (Les Preses, Catalonia)

Sant Miquel del Corb is one of the two hermitages that you can find on the north side of the Serra del Corb in La Garrotxa.

If you visit it during autumn, you will find a colourful scene. It is located next to the Fageda d'en Jordà but is a peaceful place, not yet known by many tourists.

The present church is Romanesque, with remodelling done during the 18th century. However, its origin is believed to be a pre-Romanesque temple.
