Tines de l'Escudelleta

These short shelters alone in the middle of nowhere are in reality big stone-made vats. In Catalonia, at the start of the XIX century, a lot of forest were flatted and converted in vineyards. Finally, to avoid logistic problems they builded this kind of shelters and vats far away from farms or villages. Particularly, these buildings are part of the l'Escudelleta Vats, a complex located in the Flequer Valley.
